Opportunities for Everyone

Our church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy parent, or a professional with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at this church.

Caregivers of Memory Loss Support Group

Once a month, those who are caregivers for a loved one with memory loss gather to share stories and resources, and gather support. The next meeting will be on Sunday, April 30 at 9:30 am in room 112.

Food, Faith, and Fellowship
Once a quarter we gather for a light dinner. After dinner, a member of the congregation shares her or his faith journey with those gathered. It’s a great way to get to know one another in some depth. See the adult education page for more details.

Men’s Breakfast
The men of the church gather for breakfast and a time of getting better connected with one another. The Men’s Breakfast is held at 8:00 am on the third Saturday of each month at Bagley’s Grill in Middleburg Heights. The breakfast will resume after summer break on September 16.

Small Group Study and Discussion

Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. Throughout the year we offer various options for bible study, book clubs, and other faith-related learning seminars. Recent classes have included Introduction to Spiritual Disciplines, Lectionary 101 Bible Study, Introduction to Islam, and Experiencing Christian Faith through the Fine Arts. Look for all the current class information in the Adults section of our Learn tab.

  Women’s Breakfast

Once a month, the women of the church gather for breakfast and a time of getting better connected with one another. The next Women’s Breakfast is Saturday, September 2 in Fellowship Hall.

Youth Ministries

Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. The youth ministry of our church is recognized for its meaningful interaction with young people of all ages.

For junior high and high school students, there are regular monthly activities in addition to those offered on Sunday mornings.
